I updated to Rachel plus 2 using ssh script, understanding that that won’t void support agreement.
Trying to update or download modules from the admin web interface, I sometimes get a message “stalled”. There doesn’t seem to be anything to do about it - when I clicked the “clear” button it disappeared. When I clicked the “details” button, it gave me an rsync command - but if i ran that from ssh would I not be voiding the agreement?
Is there a way to get modules that stalled, going again from the web interface?

Generally, anyone who is comfortable using SSH for any purpose we’ve detailed in a video is totally fine. The warning is for people who get in over their heads with new software and then want us to fix the issue
